Additional website privacy details
The company statement above is followed by these additional details for this website’s inquiry form, communications, and measurement. The supplement was updated October 19, 2026. The original company statement retains its stated effective date.
For this website, a short inquiry does not itself request a credit report or send information to a credit reporting agency. Cookie and device identifiers can be personal information under applicable privacy law even when they do not contain your name. Browser and advertising technologies do not authorize access to your computer’s files. We provide any additional notice, choices, or consent required by law when our practices change.
About this notice
This notice explains the inquiry form, communications, and website measurement on this landing page for Megan Meyerdick at Precision Home Loans, a division of Alameda Mortgage Corporation, NMLS #271603.
Read the complete official Precision Home Loans Privacy Statement for the version maintained on the company’s main website. The statement above and these additional website details should be read together. They do not replace separate privacy notices or choices supplied during a mortgage application, loan transaction, or customer relationship.
Information collected
When you request a conversation, you provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, home-buying stage, and expected buying timeline. You may also choose whether to give permission for inquiry-related text messages.
The submission includes a reference number, receipt time, page address, and a record of the text-permission checkbox, its wording, and its version. Links from advertisements may supply campaign labels and advertising click identifiers, such as Google or Meta click IDs, so we can identify the inquiry’s source.
Website hosting and security providers may receive technical information such as network address, browser or device information, requested pages, request times, and errors while delivering or protecting the site. Where measurement is enabled, we may record a click on a business phone link and where that link appeared.
This short inquiry is not a mortgage application and does not itself request a credit report. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, payment details, tax records, or other sensitive documents through this inquiry form. If a loan application or supporting documents are needed, we will direct you to an appropriate application or document process.
How information is used
We use inquiry details to respond, understand your plans, discuss whether we can help in the state where you plan to buy, arrange follow-up, and maintain a record of your request and communication preferences. We also use information to operate the website, investigate delivery problems, prevent misuse, evaluate advertising sources, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements.
The source label “VS Ads” identifies inquiries from this website in our follow-up system. Sending this form does not promise financing, determine eligibility, or constitute a credit decision.
Service providers & disclosures
The website sends submitted details through service providers that support hosting, delivery, and follow-up. The current workflow uses Lovable to host the website, Zapier to deliver form submissions, and Total Expert to manage contact follow-up.
The website saves each accepted inquiry in a private Lovable Cloud database before attempting CRM delivery. This record includes your name, email, phone number, questionnaire answers, source information, consent record, and delivery status. Authorized staff can use this backup to follow up and investigate delivery problems. These records are not publicly readable. Phone-link taps are stored separately with only the time, link placement, and page path.
We may disclose information when needed to supply a requested service, comply with law or lawful requests, address fraud or security incidents, protect legal rights, or carry out a business transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations. The company’s official statement provides broader information about affiliates and mortgage-related disclosures.
We do not sell the information supplied through this inquiry form. Mobile numbers and text opt-in records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Providers may process those records on our behalf to support the requested services and communications.
Calls, email & text choices
The form requires you to acknowledge your request for Precision Home Loans to respond about your inquiry by phone or email. Text-message permission is a separate, optional checkbox. You can request a conversation without checking it.
The checkbox records permission for messages about your mortgage inquiry at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. If you receive texts, reply STOP to opt out or contact us for assistance. Changing a preference may not prevent essential notices required by law or prevent us from responding through another permitted channel.
The form does not automatically send an SMS opt-in request or enroll you in a text-message automation. A stored checkbox response does not override an existing opt-out. For additional terms, see the company’s Communication Consent.
Advertising & measurement
Precision Home Loans promotes services through Google Ads and Meta platforms, including Facebook. Campaign links can identify which advertisement brought a visitor to this page. Advertising measurement stays off until you click Allow in the bottom notice or enable it through Privacy choices. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps it off, even if you previously allowed it. When enabled, the Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions and help evaluate advertising.
When active, the Meta Pixel receives a PageView event for a page visit, one FormStart event when the inquiry begins, a Lead event only after the website confirms that an inquiry was saved, and a Contact event when a link to Megan’s business phone is tapped. A phone tap does not prove that a call connected or record its conversation or duration. We do not supply form answers, visitor names, email addresses, phone numbers, or comments as event parameters, and we do not turn on automatic matching in the website code. Meta may still receive device and browsing information through the Pixel.
Meta may process allowed Pixel events through a business-managed Conversions API connection. The website's separate direct server-side Conversions API sender is currently off. If we enable that sender after a separate review, it would send a Lead event only after an inquiry is saved and advertising measurement is allowed. That planned event would include a random event ID to avoid counting the same lead twice, the page address without campaign query parameters, the browser user agent, and a Meta ad click identifier if one was present in the landing-page link. It would not include form answers, loan details, names, email addresses, or phone numbers. A browser privacy signal would also prevent that event.
The site also stores phone-link taps separately for first-party measurement. We do not record that first-party event or load the Meta Pixel if your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control below and in the footer turns off advertising tracking in this browser immediately. Privacy choices lets you review or change that choice. Opting out stops future website-initiated Pixel and Conversions API events; refreshing the page prevents the Pixel script from loading again. A past disclosure or cookies already set may require separate choices with Meta or in your browser. Although we do not sell the information you enter in the form, advertising disclosures through the Pixel may count as “sharing” under California law.
We keep daily totals of clicks on the tracking opt-out controls, grouped by where the control was used. These totals do not include names, contact details, form answers, or browser identifiers and are not sent to advertising tools.
The form sends contact and questionnaire data to the inquiry workflow described above. It does not send those answers to advertising pixels as conversion-event parameters. Campaign data in a lead record is separate from analytics measurement.
You can manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center and Meta Ad Preferences, control cookies in your browser, or review industry choices at YourAdChoices. These choices may be specific to a browser, device, or account and do not necessarily stop all advertising.
Privacy choices & requests
You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, change communication preferences, or make a privacy request. Please identify the request and provide enough information to locate your record. Do not send sensitive financial documents or identification numbers by ordinary email.
Depending on your location, the information involved, and applicable law, privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restrictions on certain uses of sensitive information, and opting out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Applicable California rights also include protection against unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Some financial information is subject to separate financial-privacy laws or exemptions; this does not mean that every website record is exempt.
We may need to verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority before acting on a request. Legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion or disclosure. Use the contact details below to ask about a right, an opt-out, or an available appeal; we will handle the request as required by applicable law.
Security & retention
Website submissions use an encrypted HTTPS connection when the site is accessed over HTTPS. The webhook destination is kept on the server rather than included in the public form code. Access to lead records should be limited to personnel and providers who need them for the stated business purposes. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain inquiry and communication records for as long as needed for follow-up, the customer relationship, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Requesting deletion may not remove records we must retain or immediately remove copies in protected backups.
Other information
This website is intended for adults seeking mortgage information and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information through this form.
Links to review platforms, the company’s main website, application tools, and other external services are governed by those services’ notices and practices. Providers may process information in the United States or other places where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.
We may update this supplement as the website or its practices change. The revision date appears above. Where required, material changes will receive additional notice or consent. Required financial privacy notices remain separate.
